With the acceleration of industrialization and the improvement of automation of various equipment, such as servo amplifier, PLC, inverter and other precision, complex electronic, electrical equipment is more and more widely used. These equipment will produce a lot of heat when working, and oneself is more sensitive to high temperature, when the temperature inside control cabinet exceeds 40℃ for a long time, can affect the stability and life of control equipment.
The usual solution is to install the exhaust fan on the control cabinet to achieve cooling, but when the fan works, the dust, oil and harmful gas will also enter the control cabinet, by the circuit board surface electrostatic adsorption, over time, will cause the corrosion of SMT components and printed lines, while affecting the heat dissipation of components. The dust buildup can also cause short-circuits in the high-voltage parts of the circuit board when it gets damp. The longer the work time of the control cabinet is, the more prominent the above problems are, and the sudden failure of the control part will be caused when it accumulates to a certain degree.
Cabinet air conditioning is through compression refrigeration to achieve heat absorption cooling, so that the control cabinet in the closed case, will control the heat and water in the air to the cabinet transfer. High temperature, dust, oil and corrosive gases in the external environment will not enter the control cabinet, thus solving a series of problems caused by fan heat dissipation. The control cabinet can always be maintained in the ideal temperature environment of 30-35 ℃, the service life and stability of electronic and electrical equipment are effectively guaranteed.
